First off there are separate listings for game tickets and parking tickets so you probably clicked on the parking listings. Second, it clearly says Light St. Garage. Sorry to say, but in my opinion this is your error, although I will grant you that it is misleading that there are seat numbers so call Stubhub and see what they say, 866-Stubhub. My guess is that they will tell you it is your error.

Not saying it’s fair that the seller waited until the last moment to deliver the tix. But since the seller delivered you are probably not going to get refunded by Stubhub.

Sorry but Stubhub did not steal your money. While your situation is unfortunate, whatever mistake you made trying to resell when you did not know what you were doing is what lost you the money. I’m not agreeing with what happened though. I’ve got to say that why would you spend $600 on a football game if you’re on a very fixed income. Poor decision, especially not understanding how to use Stubhub to resell your tickets without making the costly mistake.

FYI VIP benefits do not transfer to the buyer. It could be that with the concert tomorrow it is too close to the event date to list the tickets. I think that listings drop off within 48 hours of the event date.

You may not get all of your money back, it depends on what the secondary market prices are like. If the amount you need to get back is more than what similar tickets are priced at then you will hvae to competitively price them in order to have a chance of them getting sold. There is no guarentee of a sale so if your plan is to sell your tickets and buy other ones then you could end up with extra tickets. What is the delivery date that your confirmation email shows, that is when you can expect to receive the tickets.

If you purchased the wrong venue then that is on you and Stubhub will not refund or exchange those tickets. You will have to resell and buy for the correct venue. If you will only have a 3 hour window then call Stubhub for advice maybe they can have your seller send to your buyer. Not sure they will do that but if your seller doesn’t deliver to your buyer then confirm that you will not be responsible for not delivering to your buyer.

Most times ticket transfer gets turned on 24-48 hours in advance. But if for your event ticket transfer is not allowed at all then it is likely that the seller will not be able to transfer the tickets to you.

All your questions can be answered in one way. The seller is obligated to deliver tickets by the date that was on the listing. So if that is after Christmas then no you won’t have them in time for Christmas. And while the seller is supposed to deliver the tickets there is enough complaints on here that it’s possible you will not get them. As for cancellation of the sale you can’t do that. And if you dispute with credit card company while your delivery date has not come yet then you’d probably lose the dispute.

I think that you have to hope that your buyer returns the tickets. Keep calling Stubhub to ask them to contact the buyer to return the tickets. Maybe as a season ticket holder you can call your ticket rep and see if the tickets can be voided and new ones issued to you. Although if the STH terms for your team prohibits third party resale then you won’t want to tell your rep that you sold on Stubhub.
