Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

Zach Bryan Pittsburgh

For Zach Bryan in Pittsburgh on Sat March 9, when trying to list tickets in section 102, it doesn't allow me to select row A as an option. It only starts with row C which is incorrect. Please correct this. Thank you.

None of the Mets citi field home games have the proper mapping correct for the Cadillac club or Clover seats.  https://www.stubhub.com/new-york-mets-tickets/performer/5649/

The listings are there but they can only be found when selecting the zone filter.  On the map, the Cadillac and Clover sections cannot be clicked on.  Thees are two two most premium seating areas for the Mets and are not showing up correct!!!!

Loge Left - many other tickets are mapped to this section in rows that do not exist or should be mapped somewhere else

The Honda Center in Anaheim, California, which has a seating capacity of 18,336, has changed its parking lot due to construction. Please note yellow areas for construction and walking routes to the Honda Center. This map was given to me as a season ticket holder for the 2023-24 Anaheim Ducks NHL season.  

Lot 1 will also be referred to as the Gold Lot.

Lot 2 will also be referred to as the Plum Lot.

Lot 3 will also be referred to as the Orange Lot

Lot 4 will also be referred to as the Red Lot. 

Please change the Honda Center Parking Map as this is a big change, and the map you have will cause many problems with buyers and sellers.
