Reaching out here, as the on phone customer service team directed me here for a complaint. I sold two festival tickets for 8 business days ago. This was within the timeframe that stub hub said they would process my payment. These weren’t your regular tickets, it was a three day event, so you can guess that the price was pretty steep. Gave a call in to the customer service line, as it’s been 8 business days and my payment tab still does not show my processing payment. He searched up my order number and said “I am so sorry but it looks like there has been a processing error”. Now on my end, I have done everything correct. I’ve made sure my default payment method was set, sold my tickets properly. He then proceeded to tell me “we are switching providers currently, so many payments were interrupted”. You can imagine my frustration as he told me “you will receive your payment within another 5-8 business days”. Seems like stub hub cares more about the buyers than the sellers, as my tickets were able to be used fine, and the buyers were able to enjoy the festival, as I am sitting here without my payment from stub hub. I then proceeded to ask “is that the earliest I can receive my payment” and he said yes. It made me question that if I called earlier, would I be getting the payment earlier as well. I asked “so I had to call in to find out that my payment did not go through, why are you not contacting sellers about this” which I got a reply of “we are not currently doing that right now”. I will not be selling with stub hub again, as it has been issue after issue, including the shipping label, and setting the wrong delivery date, now to this. If there is anyone that can escalate this case, that would be needed, as this is unacceptable, as I have trusted this website with my payments, and they are not following through. If you are reading this and your payment hasn’t come through after 8 business days, this is most likely your issue, and I am sorry as I feel the frustration as well.
